Donation handover at the St. Peter and Paul children's home in Singen
Orbitalum supports children's home with generous donation
A morning full of warm moments and encounters - On Tuesday, August 08, Orbitalum Tools employees visited the St. Peter and Paul Children's Home in Singen Germany to present a donation of 1,500 euros. The donation was handed over by Orbitalum's Business Unit Manager, Andreas Lier, to the director of the children's home, Jürgen Napel. With the donation, the employees would like to make a lasting contribution to supporting the children.
The donation was handed over as part of a small program. The children performed songs and independently composed a rhyme expressing their gratitude for the support. The highlight of the morning was undoubtedly the ice cream truck sponsored by Orbitalum, which provided both the children and the adults with delicious ice cream. Finally, Orbitalum employees were given an exclusive tour of the facility. The insights into the children's everyday lives and their individual stories were very moving. It became clear how joint commitment can make a lasting difference.
The generous donation comes entirely from Orbitalum employees. As part of using company vehicles or taking over items no longer needed, employees make a donation to a fund that is used for charitable purposes.
The donation handover at the St. Peter and Paul Children's Home was a morning of warmth and fellowship. With the donation, Orbitalum wants to send a strong signal for social responsibility and a better future for the children.
