It is available with both active liquid cooling and gas cooling, offering maximum flexibility depending on the application. The precise clamping cassette ensures exact tube alignment and enables the highest welding quality. Particularly economical: The head is ideal for use with COAX pipe systems, eliminating the need for an additional welding head.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orbitalum.com\/en\/products\/product-details\/orbiweld_25GC.html\">ORBIWELD 25 GC<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The OW 25 GC covers pipe dimensions up to 34 mm and is ideal for power-intensive applications in demanding environments. In addition to its effective gas cooling and flexible hose package, it scores particularly highly in terms of economy: its compatibility with existing orbital welding systems significantly reduces investment costs. At the same time, fast service, seamless parts supply and high availability ensure smooth operation &#8211; even when needed at short notice. The clamping cassette allows the pipes to be precisely aligned with each other and is compatible with standard systems on the market &#8211; this saves time and money and makes integration into existing processes easier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A particular highlight is the integrated control panel in the handle, which enables direct control of all important functions at the point of use.
