Toutes les influences d\u00e9terminantes, y compris la stabilit\u00e9 des contraintes r\u00e9siduelles de compression, doivent \u00eatre analys\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re exhaustive afin de d\u00e9montrer le potentiel de ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 pour le post-traitement des assemblages soud\u00e9s et de pouvoir d\u00e9finir les limites de son utilisation. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En raison de la hausse des prix des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, l\u2019importance \u00e9conomique des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de post-traitement des soudures visant \u00e0 augmenter la dur\u00e9e de vie des composants s\u2019est consid\u00e9rablement accrue. Pour le post-traitement des assemblages soud\u00e9s en aciers \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance et en alliages d\u2019aluminium, diff\u00e9rents domaines d\u2019application industrielle entrent en ligne de compte, dans lesquels la preuve de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue est d\u00e9terminante pour la fiabilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces, des composants ou des syst\u00e8mes porteurs. Il convient de citer ici l\u2019ensemble de la construction de v\u00e9hicules, o\u00f9 la conception de composants soumis \u00e0 des vibrations a une influence essentielle sur les co\u00fbts de fabrication, sur le poids des pi\u00e8ces et de la construction et, par cons\u00e9quent, sur les co\u00fbts de fabrication, d\u2019exploitation et la consommation de carburant. Cela s\u2019applique \u00e0 la construction de v\u00e9hicules utilitaires et ferroviaires ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la construction navale, mais aussi \u00e0 la construction automobile.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais aussi dans la construction m\u00e9canique, la construction de grues et de ponts ainsi que dans la fabrication d\u2019appareils \u00e0 pression, o\u00f9 les constructions soud\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement soumises \u00e0 des contraintes altern\u00e9es, les exigences sont comparables \u00e0 celles de la construction de v\u00e9hicules. En d\u2019autres termes, ici aussi, l\u2019utilisation efficace de mat\u00e9riaux de construction \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance doit permettre de r\u00e9aliser des structures l\u00e9g\u00e8res avec une capacit\u00e9 de charge \u00e9lev\u00e9e et un faible poids propre. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous sommes ravis d\u2019avoir pu apporter notre soutien \u00e0 cette initiative et
