ITW President & CEO Chris O’Herlihy Visits Orbitalum and Miller in Singen

In August, Orbitalum Tools and Miller Electric Europe & Africa had the pleasure of welcoming Chris O’Herlihy, President & CEO of ITW, to the Singen facility. As part of his European tour, he visited various ITW locations, including a stop in Singen.

During a tour of the premises, Chris O’Herlihy gained insights into the daily operations at the facility and engaged with the teams regarding current topics and future developments. Another focus of the visit was the ongoing construction project: he was able to get an overview of the progress on the new administration building and central warehouse for Orbitalum and Miller.

With this expansion, the two ITW companies are creating the necessary conditions for further growth while strengthening Singen’s position as a key European location. The new central distribution centre is intended to further optimize delivery processes, increase product availability, and provide even more reliable service to customers and partners worldwide.

The entire team is very grateful for the confidence shown in the Singen facility and the associated investments in our shared future. Personal exchange within ITW is particularly valuable for driving common goals, future projects, and continued growth.
