Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Type: Full-time position
Location: Singen, Germany
You will assume a central role as the point of contact for our distributors and end customers regarding technical inquiries. In close collaboration with various departments, you will develop tailored solutions for demanding requirements. In doing so, you will make an important contribution to the advancement of our service offering and the strengthening of our customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- You will serve as the central point of contact and technical support for our distributors and end customers worldwide regarding technical inquiries, complex applications, and the development of customized solutions
- You will work closely with the sales team as well as the product management, development, and repair and service departments
- You will serve as the point of contact for complaint management
- You will support the creation, maintenance, and revision of technical documentation
- You will test and validate error patterns and oversee the commissioning of test equipment
- You will perform on-site customer assignments when representing colleagues
Your Profile
- Completed technical training in electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification
- Welding knowledge and technical service experience are advantageous
- Experience in electrical and automation engineering as well as test equipment construction are advantageous
- Experience in using and working with AI tools in technical support is advantageous
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
